Access the highway toll website to inquire about the usage history of the high pass. It is possible to access via mobile, but if you want to print a high-pass receipt, we recommend that you do it on a PC.

Select either an individual or corporate member and log in. If you have not yet registered as a member, please proceed with membership registration as you can only view unpaid fares through vehicle number.

From the frequently visited service on the first screen of the homepage, select the usage history inquiry menu. If you have not registered your card, please inquire through the vehicle number input field on the first screen.

3. View Hi-Pass usage history
Select the card company and card number of the registered card and set the period for which you want to view usage history. After setting all conditions, click the Search button.

Hi-Pass usage history can be viewed for 3 years based on the current date. However, the period that can be viewed at one time is up to 3 months for individual members and up to 1 month for corporate members.
4. Check usage history and print receipt
In the case of usage history inquiry, it shows all usage history of expressway and private road. If there is a case that needs to be submitted as proof of use, select it separately and then click the Print button at the bottom.

Occasionally, there are cases where the details are not viewed even though the high-pass has been clearly used. If you are using a postpaid Hi-Pass card, it may take about 3 days from the actual date of use to the approval of transaction details, so there may be a slight delay.
A post-paid Hi-Pass card is convenient to pay the amount you use at once, but if you don’t have a lot of highway traffic, using a prepaid Hi-Pass card might be a good option.

If you are unable to view usage history even though there is no problem, we recommend that you contact the customer center directly. This is because there may be various problems such as problems with the terminal or communication errors.
