E425/C425/Reverse phase detection E425_C425 error appears on the body temperature display. → This error occurs when the 3-phase (R, S, T) power wiring is changed, so it is not a malfunction of the product.

Defrost (re-defrost)/DF During heating operation, the defrost lamp or dF is displayed and no air comes out. This indicates that the frost generated from the outdoor unit is being removed during heating operation, so it is not a malfunction.

When heating is turned on, cold air comes out of the outdoor unit, and at this time, frost is formed. To remove this frost, the heating is temporarily stopped and the temperature of the outdoor unit is increased.
This operation is called a defrost operation, and it cannot be started or stopped arbitrarily as this process proceeds automatically.
Also, during this process, the frost melts and steam is generated, but you can rest assured that it is not smoke from a fire.
dF (Defrost): It means to remove frost.

 

E161_C161 mixed operation error E161_C161 error appears on the body temperature display. → Mixed operation error. Since there is only one outdoor unit, multiple indoor units must be operated in the same operation mode.
For example, if the stand is for cooling, but one set of wall mounts is for heating, the outdoor unit cannot run two operations at the same time, so it stops with an error message displayed. This is an error that occurs due to an error in usage, not a malfunction of the device.

 

E441 / C441 E441_C441 error appears on the body temperature display. → It is an error indicating that the cooling operation is prohibited when the outdoor temperature is -5 ℃ or less, and it is not a malfunction.
※ When the outdoor temperature is below -5 ℃, there is a risk of damage to the product if the cooling operation is performed. This is a protection error that stops operation to protect the product.
