Using Nice Parent Services

To use the Nice Parent Service, first go to the Nice Public Service page and select ‘Parent Service’. Students can check their academic information in ‘Student Services’.

Select the school district for your child’s school.

You need to register as a member to use the Nice Parent Service for the first time. Click ‘Sign Up’ in the upper right corner.

Signing up for membership proceeds in three steps: agree to the terms and conditions → verify identity → enter member information. First of all, I agree to the terms and conditions.

The following is the identity verification process. You can choose between an i-PIN and a mobile phone to proceed with authentication.

After authentication, you can enter your member information. One thing to note is that if you have more than one child, but the jurisdiction is different, you must register them all.

Membership registration is complete. Finally, you need to issue (or register) a certificate. Please register immediately as most important information can only be accessed by logging in with a certificate.

If a co-certificate is installed, select ‘Register Certificate’. If you do not have a certificate or you wish to obtain a separate certificate for Nice Parent Services, you may select ‘Get Certificate’.

After registering the certificate, the main screen will be displayed like this. The last step is to register your child. Click ‘Register (My) Child’.

Check the entered information, search and select your child’s school, and enter student information.

When you click Apply, a pop-up window with instructions for completion will appear. If you apply, the school approves it, but in my case, it was approved in one day.

Once approved, your child’s name and school will be displayed on the main page.

Other notes

There is also a way to use Nice Parent Services (Student Services) on your cell phone. If you search for ‘Nice public service’ in the Play Store (App Store), you can install the app that appears.

In the mobile application, you can check the academic calendar, meal plan, class timetable, home communication, and school information. These days, there are many people who do not use PCs well, so I think you can check simple information on your cell phone.

So far, we have looked at the information provided by Nice Parent Service and how to use it. I hope this helps, and I will finish this post.
