There are two ways to obtain a school life record online, through the government24 and the Nice HomeEdu civil service.
– Only those who graduated from elementary, middle, and high schools after February 2017 are eligible to apply for issuance from Government24.
– Other recipients may visit elementary/middle/high schools, metropolitan/provincial offices of education, and education support offices, or through the Nice Home Edu civil service service.

Get a Graduation Certificate from Nice Home Edu Minwon Service
– It can be issued from current students and graduates after 2004.
– Your joint certificate is required.

(Parents can use the parent service when using the service. In order to receive civil service from the nanny service, a joint certificate is required and the student registration process is required.)
Click on your local school district
You can receive the Home Edu civil service from the relevant education office.
You can obtain a graduation certificate and school life record by selecting the online issuance application <Frequently visited service>.
A joint certificate is required to issue civil complaints.
You can print it, save it as a PDF file, or print it out.
If it is difficult online, you can visit the Office of Education, community center, or nearby school to file a civil complaint.
Even if you are not from the school you graduated from, it is possible to issue a high school life record by visiting the administration office of a nearby school.
What is needed when receiving a student’s joint certificate. (May vary by bank)
One parent, who is a legal representative, can visit the bank and issue a certificate. You can create a bankbook for your child and apply for Internet banking to obtain a certificate.
– ID of the visiting parent
– Family relation certificate based on the visiting parents (all resident numbers)
– Student’s basic certificate (detailed or specific)
– Stamp stamped on the child’s bankbook (if you don’t have a bankbook, you must open it.)
